"I'm 58 years old; and I have had tinnitus for nearly 30 years. Unfortunately, working in the construction industry on building sites has damaged my hearing due to constantly working in close proximity to loud machinery. I have been suffering since my mid twenties. It started just as a high-pitched whine for a short period of time. Not every day, not for hours.
